It’s best practice to offer candidates insights into the results of their own DISC assessment, and the new Free Discus Feedback Report helps you do just that.
Feedback Reports are aimed directly at the candidate, describing their results in an accessible form, and concentrating on topics directly relevant to them. There’s no extra charge for creating a Feedback Report once you’ve created an Enhanced Discus profile report. Simply click the green button which appears on the candidate’s profile page in Discus Online to create your new extra report.
