Following a restructure, they now have a newly created outbound sales role for an experienced Internal Sales Representative (B2B) to join their team in Sumner Park.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for all outbound B2B telephone sales activities, as well as representing Kaleidoscope at interstate trade shows and on regular customer visits. Building sales both from existing and new customers is the key focus of this role, but your input into developing sales & marketing materials to support your activities will also be sought. A great team player, you have the motivation and experience to work independently to deliver on agreed sales outcomes and, possess a real passion for the toy industry.

The successful candidate will have a track record of success in outbound telephone sales in a B2B environment, ideally (but not essential) within a wholesale toys or related business. An excellent telephone manner is critical, as is the ability to represent Kaleidoscope professionally at trade shows and on customer site visits. You’re used to working independently to an agreed plan for achieve your sales goals, whilst providing support to the customer support team as required. A good knowledge of MS Office is important and exposure to utilizing CRMs, Social Media, Internet and Email in building sales an advantage.
